Client Services Executive (Offshore)
With creative agency or marketing background, you are eager to put experience to use with projects of greater complexity. Passionate about communications industry and developments in sustainability, you enjoy environments where creativity and thinking collide. Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will:
- Maintain Client contact database for whole department
- Track sales results of team members and department every month
- Issue invoice and quotes to client on behalf of team
- Update project management software to support HOD in work planning and tracking
- Source for pitching opportunities from tender sites
- Support Account managers in select accounts; write creative briefs, conduct research, brief KOLs / media contacts, arrange meetings
About you
You are accustomed to the fast speed of an agency environment and feel comfortable grasping ever evolving industry trends, especially in technology, social strategies. While focused on results, you ensure everyone works well when on your project.Â
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related discipline
- > 2 years of relevant working experience in creative agencies or marketing role.
- Experience in offshore staffing arrangements
- Proficient project management, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Sustainability (ESG) knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communications, active listening and interpersonal skills
- Strong data analysis, project management skills
- Attention to details and highly numerate
- Highly motivated with desire to learn, and grow
- Awesome personality, creative and definitely a team-player
- Prefers staff based places where timezone closer to Singapore’s.
