Client Services Executive / Senior Executive (Offshore)

With a social media agency, creative agency or strategic planning background, you are eager to put experience to use with projects of greater complexity. Passionate about the communications industry and developments in sustainability, you enjoy environments where creativity and thinking collide. Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will:

  • Provide prompt communications to clients, including ESG sensitivities
  • Conduct research for audience and other key insights
  • Take strong briefs from clients through deep understanding
  • Write inspiring briefs and inspire creative and sustainable marketing solutions
  • Ensure management of work quality, timeline and cost
  • Develop social posts and social management and analysis
  • Support in writing proposals and deliver convincing presentations digitally
  • Keep abreast on latest marketing trends and practices
  • Maintain Client contact database for whole department
  • Track sales results of team every month
  • Issue invoice and quotes to client on behalf of team
  • Update project management software as directed by Head of department
  • This position if based offshore and you will work remote from home mostly

About you

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related discipline
  • > 2 years of relevant working experience in creative / social agencies. For senior executive positions, a minimum of 4 years experience is necessary
  • Experience in offshore staffing arrangements
  • Proficient project management, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Sustainability (ESG) knowledge is a plus
  • Write, speak and express yourself like a communications expert
  • Strong creative writing skills
  • Highly motivated with strong desire to learn, and grow
  • Awesome personality, creative and definitely a team-player
  • Prefers staff based in The Philippines, Malaysia or Indonesia
