Brand Consultant / Account Manager

Reporting to an Account Director, you will:

  • Manage and grow key accounts

About you

Traffic & Production Manager

Reporting to Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the scheduling, production and delivery of specified jobs (esp. advertising, events, digital and video). In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with the creative team on production needs, incl.
  • Contacting and contracting production partners and freelancers
  • Negotiating costs, scope and timelines on both sides
  • Driving accurate delivery (incl. advertising submissions, organising briefing, press checks, arranging proofs and approvals)
  • Recommend production solutions to internal stakeholders
  • Pre-empt and solve production issues
  • Ensure accurate financial management, incl. sourcing for quotes, filing invoices and timely payment
  • Gatekeep briefs, versions and deliverable
  • Assign creative resources and job timeline to ensure margin management

About you

Having worked in creative agency environments, you enjoy the process of seeing designs come to live. You are excited by the possibilities digital brings, from innovative apps to dynamic ad formats. At the same time, you appreciate the artistry and craft of different print techniques and tools.

Detail-oriented, you scrutinise everything twice….okay, three times. If there is anyone who can spot a 1mm difference, it is you. Poor binding and faded hoardings irritate you. You believe in clarity and pre-emptive discussion, leaving no room for misunderstanding. Public Relations Executive

We are looking for individuals keen in to develop and grow in both communications and well-rounded marketing skills. As a member of client services division, you will also drive billing for your assigned accounts, as well as support business development manager in pitches, via PR and brand communications jobs.

Reporting to Director, Client Services, your responsibilities may include:

  • Develop PR plans, strategies and campaigns
  • Successful media pitching, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
  • Develop social media content, amplification and influencer engagement plans
  • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts
  • Pen press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
  • Brief in design work to Creative team when necessary
  • Organize, guide and support clients during interviews, photo opportunities and PR events
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate PR outcomes and results regularly
  • Support in antics corporate communications PR – messaging, media engagement, awards pitching etc.

About you

You’ll come to us with:

Intern (2019–2020 placements)

More than taking meeting minutes, you will be learning real things and making a difference. If you have 3–6 months to spare and are passionate about branding, advertising and public relations, this role is a great launchpad into a communications/PR career.

Supporting the Client Services team, you will:

  • Assist in desk research to shape briefs
  • Support and participate in 2–3 retainer accounts/projects
  • Be involved in account servicing, brief development, client follow-up, media engagements, as well as organisation of events and creative brainstorming sessions
  • Support new account pitches
  • Support client accounts administratively; this incl. keeping good meeting records, quoting and billing accurately
  • Develop content for our social media and blogging platforms
