Account Director

If you love advising and guiding clients, are passionate about creative and communications industry, enjoy working closely with creative to drive project management, and nurturing budding admen and women, explore joining us as an Assistant Account director/Account Director.

As the Assistant Account Director/Account Director, you will have the opportunity to strategise and boost the client’s experience with the Company, to maximise the potential in client retention, in order to build a profitable and sustainable business. This includes the (a) effective and efficient management of the Client Servicing team (b) oversee and drive initiatives to improve on strategies to better serve the changing needs of customers.

Reporting to Managing director, you will:

  • Drive new business development through seasoned sales techniques; network, prospect qualify, propose, handle objections, close
  • Develop winning pitches through great insights, time management and ability to rally team resource
  • Develop strategies and ideas for integrated campaigns (brand, advertising, PR, content, social, digital)
  • Identify billing opportunities and execute sales and upsell successfully
  • Manage project timeline and cost, ensuring on-time on-quality, exceeding client-satisfaction
  • Develop inspirational briefs based on strong data-driven user-based research and Oscar-worthy presentations
  • Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key clients, past and current
  • Deal with client issues escalated by team members
  • Plan account billing and take full responsibility for company top-line
  • Keep abreast and teach others on latest trends and thoughts, best practices

About you

  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Advertising or any related fields
  • Min. 6 years at senior manager or 8 years at director level in managing client servicing and public relations/agency experience
  • Experienced in agency operations and workflow

Senior Designer

You are not just a designer and you will not be treated as just a designer. You’re a Creative. You want to create. You want to take an active steer. You want to learn and share what you’ve learned. You will play an active hands-on role in key projects. Working closely with other players in the creative, ops and account servicing team, you will steer client and agency jobs toward the best creative outcome, and owning it. Reporting to our Assoc Creative Director, you will be expected to

  • Work closely with planners, copywriter and production partners to produce innovative campaigns and make ideas come to life
  • Propose kickass concepts founded on research and inspiration
  • Design brands and campaigns that get people excited
  • Design experiences (digital, print, video, environmental) guided by your own firm art direction
  • Present your masterpieces confidently and persuasively
  • Prepare FA as sometimes needed

About you

  • Knowledge of 3–4 creative disciplines to produce compelling and cohesive ATL, BTL and digital work under broad direction
  • Expertise in Adobe CC, Microsoft Office and productivity software like Teamgantt or Teams
  • Proficiency in digital a must (website, mobile, UX/UI design)
  • Proficiency in motion and/or environmental design an advantage
  • Strong storytelling ability non-negotiable
  • Ability to present and facilitate brainstorming sessions with some flair and showmanship
  • More than 5 years of graphic design experience

Finance and Admin Executive

We are an award-winning integrated creative agency obsessed with delivering marketing results and charting new grounds for clients and ourselves. We are brand-led, play-inspired and experience-driven in everything we do, using play-based methodologies in our exploration, discovery and creative ideation. We are expanding our operations and are searching for a passionate someone to tap into that excitement and help us charge into our next phase of growth.

As our Finance and Admin Executive, you will support company operations in regular operations. Reporting to Operations director, your responsibilities include:

Finance

  • Process monthly payroll, payables and receivables
  • Issue invoices, monitor receivables and send chasers
  • Liaise with accountant for quarterly close and financial reporting

Office administration

  • Manage suppliers for office admin; courier, IT support, pantry, broadband, stationery etc.
  • Procure items needed by office
  • Manage admin budget

 HR

  • Support in staff hiring; put out ads, screen and long-list
  • Liaise with headhunters
  • Maintain staff database information
  • Special projects – Support in special projects e.g. office move logistics, digitizing finance system etc.

As Copywriter, you will play an active hands-on role in key projects. Working closely with other players in the creative, ops and account servicing team, you will steer client and agency jobs toward the best creative outcome, and owning it. Reporting to our Sr Creative Director, you will be expected to

  • Work closely with designers and planners to produce innovative campaigns and make ideas come to life
  • Write persuasively to move the audience, whether advertising headlines, brand stories, creative preambles, video scripts, brochures, SEM ads or SEO-optimised blog articles
  • Ensure consistency in style, format and voice throughout ATL, BTL and online communications for brands and campaigns
  • Wield your inner Sherlock and research intuitively and resourcefully to enrich creative insights
  • Keep yourself updated on content trends and advertising guidelines

About you

  • Knowledge of 3–4 creative disciplines to produce ATL, BTL and digital work under minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Mac, Microsoft Office and project management software like Teamgantt or Teams
  • 3 years professional writing experience, preferably in an agency or content publishing house
  • An arresting portfolio of ATL, BTL and online writing, showcasing versatility in style
  • Degree holder in Communications, Marketing, English or Journalism

Intern (2022 placements)

More than taking meeting minutes, you will be learning real things and making a difference. If you have 3–6 months to spare and are passionate about branding, advertising and public relations, this role is a great launchpad into a communications/PR career. Supporting the Client Services team, you will:

  • Assist in desk research to shape briefs
  • Support and participate in 2–3 retainer accounts/projects
  • Be involved in account servicing, brief development, client follow-up, media engagements, as well as organisation of events and creative brainstorming sessions
  • Support new account pitches
  • Support client accounts administratively; this incl. keeping good meeting records, quoting and billing accurately
  • Develop content for our social media and blogging platforms
  • Internship periods: Jan–Jun 2022, Jul–Dec 2022
